I've called AAA Auger several times to my house. They arrive promptly, do a good job for a good price and have always given me options and let me choose. When we had a plumbing emergency at my job and were told by several recommended companies that we would have to wait several days--this is a clinic, we can't wait--I called AAA Auger. They were out in less than an hour and facilitated a fast fix at no charge. They will always get my 1st call. (14 Feb 06)

we had a plumbing emergency where a faucet valve broke and the house flooded for 25 minutes before we could shut the water off. We waited 4 hours for this company and they never showed after calling them back 4 times. worst company in austin history! please avoid them like the plague!!!! (23 Oct 04)
