WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.... unfortunately I was in an accident and had to have my vehicle towed from the scene. From the extremely courteous and patient receptionist to the clean and friendly wrecker driver that brought me and my car to the shop it was a good experience. I ended up using their facility to have my repairs done and it was nothing short of a great experience (just an unfortunate event). I was constantly posted of the status of my repairs, and when I picked up my vehicle it looked better than it did prior to the accident. THANK YOU AUS TEX! (29 Aug 06)
