Ben is almost always available to tell you what's wrong with your car, and he's seen so many mercedes that he can pretty much tell you how many miles until your radiator fails again, or how long a water pump usually lasts (80k miles, mine went 200k). they do extremely good work, but as such they are very expensive. If you're not worried about cost, or you want to avoid getting raped by the dealer, go with Ben. they use mercedes parts and are honest about their assessments and work. (August 25th 2003)
