Hoover's Cooking is great. As both a customer and a former employee, Hoover's offers a wide range of Soul food to appease any appetite. The food is prepared daily so yes, it may take some time, food does need time to cook. If you are a first timer, ask for the homemade lemonade! (October 24th 2006)
