Recommended by dm: Jeff's did extensive body and mechanical work on my 02 Miata. I was speechless when I picked up my car. They did a fantastic job. The paint was matched to perfection and all of the body lines were so smooth. Have to admit I was hesitant because their estimate was a little higher than the other shops I checked with. They showed me around the shop and some of the work they had going on and I was sold. None of the other shops could even compare to what they had to offer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone to really cares for quality work. (February 16th 2005)
Recommended by randar: Highly Recommended? How about EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED. Okay folks, here's my story. I just picked up my car (2003 VW Jetta Wagon) this morning from Jeff's Auto Body Repair. I'm here to tell everyone that the work was OUTSTANDING. I had a bumper collision in 5 oclock austin traffic that believe it or not resulted in $ 1500. worth of damage. Thank goodness for insurance. I've had some bad experiences with body shops in the past- where you know your car just isn't the same after the repair. I was so very pleased with the work Jeff's did that all I could do was say "Wow" over and over again. I found myself continually running my hands over the fender, hood, grill and light elements- feeling for inconsistent joining panels, heights, recesses, etc. There were none. It was like the condition when I drove my car off the dealer lot last September. They even washed, waxed and detailed my Jetta Wagon at no extra charge. It's just part of their way of doing business. If you are in the position I was in- looking for reviews of body shops- because of the all too familiar nervousness in choosing a body shop that's trustworthy, sincere, honest, courteous, and most of all- one that has proven superior quality workmanship, then take my advice and go to Jeff's. Look- I'm a detail oriented person. An editor by trade- so it's my job to evaluate and find mistakes. I find no mistakes in Jeff's work, and cannot suggest any improvements to Jeff's Auto Body Repair- as they pretty much define what all body shops should be and what customers expect. If my testimony doesn't convince you- just drop by their shop- go into the waiting area and take a look at the bulletin board- all the before/after and process of repair photos- all the personal cards and letters they've received (I lost count after reading so many) thanking them for their excellent work. When's the last time you saw thank you cards in ANY body shop? Yes, I'm still excited and very happy to receive my car back- and only in 1 week. Last body shop experience was at the original auto dealer in Georgetown and it took them over 4 weeks to get my car done. So heres an endorsement for a GREAT body shop in Austin that you can trust and feel good about- that the work will be meticulous and the job will be done right. In closing I will say be prepared to pay your deductible or bill in check or cash- as they do not take credit cards. But hey, for the peace of mind this experience brought me- it's worth any inconveniece of not being able to use my credit card. Which is probably a good thing anyway. (April 1st 2004)

Recommended by cdh: I can't say enough about these guys. Very detail oriented. My brand new car was wrecked from front to back and had suspension damage. They made her look & drive better than when I drove her off the lot and they took care of everything with my insurance company. Three years later and my car still drives like new! They even detailed my car inside and out!! Superb customer service from a family owned shop who is definately doing everything right-- (February 11th 2005)

Recommended by anonymous: Just picked up my 2002 BMW 540i. As promised the work looks factory and they gave me lifetime warranty on the repairs. My car was in the shop for 4 days for $3000.00 worth of work. Insurance Co paid for all the work. (January 27th 2005)
Recommended by anonymous: fixed my 2003 Chevrolet HD Truck. The frame was bent as well as the drive axle and many suspension parts. I've had it back about 3 months and no problems with anything. I will recommend people to Jeff's Auto Body with total ease. (July 13th 2004)
Recommended by anonymous: These guys are the best! My wreck came out looking better than new. They event spent extra time on matching my Silver metallic paint, which is definitely the hardest type of color to match. (June 8th 2004)
Recommended by anonymous: Jeff's Auto Body Repair did a great work on my Honda Accord too. The front bumper and the hood were destroyed in an accident. Now my car looks like new. There are not cheap but the insurance payed everything. (April 29th 2004)
