Waitstaff-- nice-ish, but seemed to act as if they have never waited on people before-- they behaved very nervously and made us feel awkward. (I chalked this up to the fact that they're a new place and were trying to impress the customer-- but still, it was so weird. Relax already...) Fish quality-- not the best, and we accidentally ate some white tuna that was WAY under par, but luckily, it didn't make us sick. It was soooo bad. Hamachi was alright. At first I thought it very strange that you cannot sit at the bar (maybe this will change but as of 6/6/08 you can't) But it all makes sense to me now!! I don't think the 'sushi chef' has ever made sushi before. Some things were incredibly impossible to eat and gross. The nigiri was terrible-- the rice, bad. No wasabi--bad. The rolls were loose, very bad, but the choices of rolls was entertaining. The only really good thing i can say is that their happy hour is a GREAT deal and they seemed to be in the process of adding more alcoholic choices on the menu. Don't expect too much from these guys, but if you go, they appreciate any kind of feedback that you have, good or bad. Happy eating!! (June 18th 2008)
