Second only to Mushashino, in my opinion. (Uchi on South Lamar may give it a run for its money, eventually.) Umi sushi is pretty damn good, but they are frequently out of the bargain, unfiltered sake when I'm there. Also, they have fun fluorescent pink/purple lighting and techno/trance music playing.
